Must be a boring job
considering how often i update, and my personality in general, and the fact that i have been trying to steer clear of all the bullshit with lyz, i never would have expected to find myself making a post that included and update in this soap opera of slander, but theres a question that i feel absolutely must be asked. Here goes. lyz took it upon herself to inform the authorities that ash created a rather insulting picture of her that ended up posted on the internet. The Livonia PD reacted with haste to this urgent matter by calling ash's school and informing her for ash's evil wrong-doings. The question i have is not for lyz, but for the Livonia police department: ARENT THERE RAPES AND MURDERS AND MORE IMPORTANT THINGS THAN A GIRL GETTING PICKED ON HAPPENING IN YOUR CITY!? Jesus christ people there are people that need protection from serious physical harm and property damage. while i'm here, i feel this is a good place to mention that the police dont actually protect anyone. excluding the few rare cases where an officer actually sees a crime about to be committed and recognizes the fact that theres a problem there). The cops dont protect, there job is to show up after something has already happened and try to punish the person or people responsible. in this sense the police arent civil servants in place to protect he innocent, but bloodthirsty scoundrels (yes, scoundrels) who's job it is to hunt down and punish people. with all that said, i bid you good day

this whole thing pisses me off. I mean, yeah, she's probably upset, but it's a minor problem. this kind of stuff happens all the time. thats what happens with the internet. its only a misdemenor. she should get over it and move on now. I didn't see Ashezz flaunting it around. maybe she made it, but she didn't post it all over.

For the last time. I did NOT inform anybody that ashezz made that picture. I informed my detective that Amber And Brooke were making pictures. I assumed that picture was made by one of them, I just recently found out it was ashezz. I am sick of being harassed and ridiculed and I won't take it anymore. Yes it is Slander and a lot of other things. It's much bigger then you think. If you don't believe me ask my lawyer, but I'm done with everything. If you have aproblem with me, then that's just to bad. Your loss then. I won't lose sleep pver the fact a few people don't like me, but STOP making fun of me. Find something better to to with your time then talk about me. Thanks.*LyZ*

this post's main objective was to serve as a joke. most people probably realized that i do not in fact have a quarrel with the police department, and if attention was paid to the entire post it will be observed that i was not in any way attempting to make fun of or antagonize lyz. And i am now have another question i feel must be asked, this one is for lyz. How were you directed to this post, did someone come running to you to tell you somethinf like "nick made a post with your name in it, you better check it to make sure hes not gonna start talking shit" or was it in fact that you regularly moniter my journal just waiting for the moment that you have an excuse to yell at me for something i said. the second of those two possailities is the onw i would put my money on. NOTE TO THE WORLD: i cannot begion to express how childish i find it that someone would probe my journal, knowing damn well thay dont care what i have to say, just waiting for something to start a fight over. YOU CANE LOOKING FOR A GODDAM FIGHT AND HAD I BEEN YOUNG AND IMMATURE, lets say maybe 12! you would have found your fight. it looks like your out of luck though, thats some shit im not going to partake in.
